S2000 CR Club Racer Edition CR stands for "club racer," conjuring up the good old days when guys drove their sports cars to the track, raced them, and then, if the racing gods were smiling, drove them home again

Anyone ever add AC to a delete CR?

I'm sure you could, they add a/c to street rods and classic cars all the time. They have under dash and even trunk units that would work in limited space applications.
In the end you'd be better off waiting for the CR with a/c, with so few delete models it would be a shame to change it.

Mchester has done this in addition to adding a soft top to his delete CR.

When the CR initially came out, I know it wasn't easy to find them, nor get them for a reasonable price. I'm sure a few people took what they could get, and adding things later to their liking.

Another member quoted $3-4k with lots of wiring and misc brackets. Sounds like it isn't worth it.

Personally that sounds really dumb to me. Delete models are much more difficult to come by to begin with and adding A/C would be pretty costly and a big headache. Iv added Audio to my delete model but that was a piece of cake since there was nothing in the way and I wanted upgraded audio anyways. Adding A/C doesnt make sense to me

Unless you just really wanted to have a shaved rear quarter panel with no antenna? lol
