S2000 CR Club Racer Edition CR stands for "club racer," conjuring up the good old days when guys drove their sports cars to the track, raced them, and then, if the racing gods were smiling, drove them home again

Default CR Tool Box (89101-S2A-A00) difference

Hi, had a quick question about the CR tool box (located where the spare tire would be), part number: 89101-S2A-A00

Is the bottom any different from the regular tool box found in the bottom of the trunk of regular S2000s? The overall shapes look quite similar, barring the different mold for the CR air pump and tire patch kit. Reference diagram here: https://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com...er--tools-jack

Wondering if I need to bother buying the CR specific part of if I can just move my regular tool box to the spare tire location now that I've removed the spare tire. Thanks!

Yes the foam shape is the same, fits in the same space. Back when I had a CR, I used to carry around the base model tool box as it can hold a little more stuff.
