S2000 CR Club Racer Edition CR stands for "club racer," conjuring up the good old days when guys drove their sports cars to the track, raced them, and then, if the racing gods were smiling, drove them home again

Default Radio

I am currently torn between keeping my stock honda radio or changing the head unit out. If you guys changed your radio please tell me what you did and the prices they charged you because I'm trying to keep CR as clean as possible but I want to listen to my IPOD!

So who listens to their radio anyway when you can listen to that lovely motor, just kidding Fll23! I think what you want is an Ipod interface where you use the original radio, something like this item.

I have your average run of the mill $175 Alpine HU. I coupled that with a modifry DCI plug and play so I did not have to splice anything and I retained all of my dash controls. I also installed the modifry roll hoop speakers.

Install for the HU is very easy and straight forward. I had this same setup in my '04 and installed it in my '08. The stock HU is terrible!

Wow, I hope it works out, that was just an example. There may have been better or cheaper alternatives. Is this particular model S2000 compatible?

Just be sure and get the Modifry DCI and not a knock off, it works better and is faster than anything else on the market.
