Delete models have no wiring for the features deleted.

In fact, CR's don't even have wiring for a softtop.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure what you need...

the quickest and cheapest route: boombox or mp3 player and headphones

otherwise you need to run the wiring/modify the dash/etc.

Ah, my friend, luxury and comfort has finally beaten your inner racer
Oh well, it happens. Not all are born fit to drive pure sport cars w/ no AC or radio. I wish you good luck on your conversion

I know some people, if they really want a great system, will gut all the OEM wiring, and do a custom job. Looking at what all you might need from Honda, it may turn out to be cheaper to go that route (build your own harness). You would possibly still need the rubbers for the doors so the wiring is not just hanging out. Does the CR have auto windows? If so you could possibly use those rubbers to run the door wiring. If your not savvy enough to do this, there are plenty of stereo shops out there that could do it.

I did something like this in a barebones S-10. Had to run all the wiring ourself. It was not hard, if you have the time and patience.

Oh I see. Well, I'd head out to the nearest Best Buy and grab a 80GB iPod for her and some F22C noise cancelling headphones

hahaha and yes it does have power windows ill just have to go around and get quotes to see what is cheaper i know they said its something like 2700 for AC/ Radio to be installed but im sure the majority is for the AC but I would rather have a shop do it so all the wires and everything are hidden. I just thinking off the top of my head but i remember when i bought it they said something like 800 for the radio unit installed but its probs a lot cheaper to go aftermarket and better sounding.
