Yes, some lame sob stole my antenna, any idea how much they cost (antenna), and what the legal penalties for killing slime like that are?

 

OEM antennas are about $15 at HandA--(I bought two so I have spare in case it gets ripped off again) I didn't check but I'd guess they're about $22-$25 at the dealer
I did put a small bit of threadlocker on the threads when I put mine back on

 

Yes $20 some odd dollars, also if you chase him to Texas you can use the "He needed killin" law and not go to jail.

 

I paid $24 for mine at the dealer.

Quick tip, dont use any thread locking stuff, next time they come around they will attempt to remove it, and if there is lock tite on there you can be pretty sure the thief will try and rip it out damaging the threads.

What i do now, is when i park in an area which i am not familiar with, i just unscrew the antenna and throw it in the trunk, takes two seconds.
