You'll need to give us more info on the gear you have in the car now for a proper answer.

got it sorry, here it goes:

Pioneer DEH-P94000MP (head unit) 3 pairs of RCAs outs (front, rear, sub)

Alpine MRV-F345 4/3 channels (amp)

MB Quart Premium 6.5 (Components speakers) in the doors connected to front channel amp

Alpine Type R 10 (Sub) bridged to rear channel of amp.... {thinking in upgrading to a single mono block for sub} (future)

Kendwood 4" coaxial - in rear seats- connected to rear channel of radio

"want" front ~mids~ highs tweeters in front A pillars to improve front staging

any advise in what kind of tweeters and how should i go about hookin this up to my system? thanks alot again

well, since the tweeters can only handle high frequencies, you would want them to received filtered signals

so you have to piggyback them off the current Crossovers (of MBQ)

IF your head unit has a crossover built-in, you can connect them to the remaining output of the head unit (front channel of radio)

either way, i dont think adding tweeters will improve staging..but thats just me

can this be done without any side effects? damaging, crossovers, amp, speakers or radio?
