Default 5901 VIper install help!

hey everyone, I installed my viper 5901 alarm without the remote start and so far i have everything working except for the trunk release. I understand the trunk release wire from the viper harness outputs a negative voltage while the trunk release wire in the s2000 is looking for a positive voltage. I have searched the forums and found that I need a relay in order for this to work.So my question is,can anyone tell me how to wire up a relay so that I can output a positive pulse? Thanks to anyone who can help me .

there is one more problem that im facing , the grounded whem armed ouput wire... i ordered a spdt relay for it to attach to the starter but from what i read from the12volt.com they dont recommend this because it "drains the battery withing 3 days" so where exactly should i wire this grounded when armed output if i dont use the relay? Thanks this should be my last question i promise

before you do anything else give me a call and i can walk you through everything. The guide on 12 volt .com will not be as accurate as the information i can provide. I have done quite a few s2ks.

for example the starter wire listed on 12volt.com is totally wrong. and you will not need to use a relay for the starter wire at all or to bypass the clutch.
