Acaraudio.com Customer Service SUCKS
As some of you know, I got my Alphasonik PSW608 from Acaraudio back in June. However, it stopped working last month for some reason, but it's covered by a 1 year warranty by Acaraudio. So I email the warranty department (actually the sales Dept., you can't directly email the warranty dept.) and get a reply asking for an order number. Great, the ball is rolling right, wrong. TWO WEEKS pass and nothing.
So I email again, this time no reply. I email TWO MORE TIMES, nothing. So I call the sales number (again, no way to get in touch with the warranty dept. by phone) and get told how to title the email so the warranty dept. will look at. I send the email, AGAIN, nothing. Then I go onto the webpage and use the "contact us" link. I got a response (only the second response I've received) stating that it will be forwarded to warranty dept.

I had an order for a Alpha 608 with them that the said was in stock. After 2 weeks I emailed them and they said - "it will be in tomorrow"
emailed again and they replied with - "it will be in on Friday"
Well after more than 3 weeks I asked them to cancel the order on 5 different occassions. Each time they replied that the sub was on back order......
Finally I contacted my CC company and asked them to refuse payment. They sent me an email stating that they would investigate and hold payment. I forwarded the email to acaraudio, again informing them that the payment was stopped and they should cancel the order. 10 minutes later I get an email confirming that the order shipped. I think in an effort for them to dispute that the item never shipped to me. I forwarded this email to my CC company with acaraudio in copy and then 10 minutes later I get another email from acaraudio showing the order as being cancelled. They still have not replied back to the CC company with confirmation. I guess they are dragging it out as long as possible just to be a$$holes.
There is also not phone number to reach them at unless you are ordering. If you call the number with anything other than an order they tell you they can not help you and you must use the email method.
