Aftermarket Alarm System

Aftermarket Alarm System
If I have a top pf the line aftermarket alarm system professionally installed is this likely to void the manufacture's warranty on the car's electrical components ? Any suggestions as to a good alarm system?

Your warranty is only voided by aftermarket mods (alarm or other) if they cause the problem. You can get into a pissing contest with the dealer and/or Honda if they believe your mod caused it.
When I had my C5 vette my dealer, and then GM corporate, tried to blame my faulty steering column lock on my aftermarket stereo install. They changed their tune after they had to issue a service bulletin because of how common the problem was on unmodified cars. Meanwhile I had to fight to get that non-warranty repair cost refunded.

NO!!
"Will having a Directed system installed into my car void my new car warranty like my dealer has told me?
No. Under the terms of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act, no new car warranty can be instantly voided simply by the addition of any aftermarket (non-factory) product, including vehicle security products. However, if the added device is of poor quality, or is installed incorrectly, issues of warranty can be brought into play. Your best choice here is to always have any Directed system installed by a professional authorized Directed dealer. "
