i am about to start on my system, first thing is the cd/mp3 player.

i want to install it myself but i heard we have to make a custom installation kit because there isnt one for our car...

anyone know where to get one or how to make a kit?

Custom kit? Are you talking about the harness? You can buy that from lucid's website.

Yea, what do you mean? You mean that plastic kit thingy that you need for like GM cars? S2000 slides right in.

???not the wiring harness!!!

yes, the plastic kit(AKA installation kit)

s2000 slides right in? r u sure? there wont be any space left on the top bottom or sides? so i don't need one of those kits

usually all cars need an installation kit, not only GM CARS. my accord needed one.

crutchfield said i needed to fabricate my own kit according to them

i dont know.....

Nope....it slide right it like.....well........nevermind....

When you take out the old HU (stock) take off the brackets on the side of it, and put them on your new headunit. Plug in the harness, antenna, slide it in, screw it down, put on the surround frame, and voila, .......

Your ride has officially been *grabs your shirt* pimped out!
