Does anybody know if oem brackets fit on an alpine CDA-105?

I lost mine a while ago and I'm planning on buying new brackets from Honda but I wanted to make sure they fit first.

Or do you guys have any other way of securing the HU?

They're pretty much universal for all single din HU. In short it will fit the 105
