Shoot, you can even hook your 00-03 OEM HU to an ipod now, like it was a CD changer.... Still for the price, I'd say get an alpine and 420i instead...

Nope, it doesn't (at least not exactly). I was looking at this as an option and I know it would have worked on mine. What the site says is:

HONDA
ALL Models
(Except Passport, 2003-2004 Element and Accord, 2004+ S2000)

IOW, it's incompatible with the 2004 and up S2000. It will work with the 2000-2003 just fine.
