Default Alpine KTP-445 Power Pack

Is anyone using one? I am thinking I need a little more power for top down driving. This seems like a really good option.

If anyone has used it, what do you think?

I don't think the power pack has been released yet. I am trying to wait patiently for this product as well. It sounds like it will be a great option, especially if you are just running a set of components in the doors like me. Has anyone else heard of any progress or a release date for this?

It was supposed to be released in the spring. I know that Crutchfield is sold out of them right now, but there is surprisingly little info out there about them other than it is trickle-down PDX tech.

I'm just wondering if they can be bridged or not...

Basically it's a slim amplifier that plugs into the harness of the 2008 model Alpine head units that brings power up to 45 watts rms per channel.

I might try one out. Tired of having an amp in the trunk...

It would be really cool if you could bridge these...

That would be cool. Most of us would never need an amp for the door speakers again.
