Default Alpine plastic trim piece?

I may have posted in the wrong forum so feel free to move it if needed.

I'm looking for that thin plastic trim that goes around the edge of the head unit.

Mine cracked on the way to the car to install somehow and I can't find just that piece anywhere.

Any reccomendations?

Also, how do you guys have the iPod cable runnin?

Currently I have mine tucked in the center and running it loose.
I was thinking of rubbing it in the first storage bin but that would require drilling. =|.

Thanks for your help!

Which head unit is that?
Thats real nice.

Thanks for the replies everyone.

I just noticed on the back of the little compartment door (not the secret one) there is a little bungee strap and it's the perfect size for a iPod/iPhone. I may have to drill but I think it would look pretty nice being out of sight like that.

Hmmmm

Same as in the AP2 DIY head unit thread.

Drilling's easy. It's all the other required work that makes it difficult.

The part you are referring to is called the trim ring. If you are unlucky finding what you want on eBay, you can find the trim ring at pacparts.com

Most iso-mount radio installs won't use them (Mitsubishi, Toyota, etc), so you should be able go by any stereo shop and they usually have extra. If you don't have any luck, PM me the model of your Alpine and I'll see if I can locate one for you.
