Any experience of Diamond Speakers?

I am based in the UK and am in the process of upgrading the stock stereo. Speakers and head unit have to go in 1st.
I have just been to a local car hi-fi specialist with the intention of buying some Infinity Kappa 62i's, but......the shop had lots of US stuff not commonly available in the UK - the shop owner highly recommended Diamond M361i's for the S2k in particular and convertibles genereally. They sounded good in the shop, and advice offered to me re. aluminium tweeter sounded sensible (they are co-ax. speakers, the s2k speaker location is not ideal (!) for high end frequencies to make it to the listeners ears, so the Diamonds directable aluminium tweeters deliver lots of 'bright' treble, but this is needed in this car at high speeds, esp. with the top down).
Listening to the speakers in a shop is very different to hearing them in the car. So I wondered if anyone out there knows these speakers in particular, and Diamond as a company generally - are they well regarded?
PS. I also liked the fact that the back of the speaker is heavily coated in rubber......no, no....nothing like that!!!!! I thought this would give some protection from the inevitable ingress of water in this part of the car.
Look forward to any thoughts you all may have.

I have diamond m5 components powered by xtant 202m (50x2) with stock head unit and the clarion sub under driver seat. These speakers are very clear. I love them. It seems that diamond is a fairly new company but everyone who knows them seem to love them. The shop I went to is very impressed with the m3 line, in fact they seemed to push those the most. I was choosing between diamond, mbquart and ba and would choose diamond again.

I also have diamond components, and I love them. Sounded better than the MB Quarts when I was listening to them in the store. The JL Audio XR components sounded comparable to the Diamonds though, so just listen for yourself.

Thanks guys - as I said, the Diamonds sounded good to me, which is what it comes down to in the end, but I wanted some re-assurance that they sounded as good in the stook.
I did listen to some JL audio speakers and they too sounded good - very 'smooth' and similar to the B&W equipment I listen too at home. I was advised against them by the guy in the shop simply because they have a silk tweeter, hence the smooth sound, which in an ordinary (read 'dull') car is good, but in the stook he emphasised the need for plenty of bright treble.
Instalation of the Diamonds on Thursday!
