I don't think I will have room for the sub box, but I may be able to fit some small stuff on the floor in front.

It would probably be best to send a voucher for the sub box. Most people are packed pretty tight for that weekend. Often (usually) 2 people, clothes, booze, car wash supplies, jackets, radio, soft cooler, etc.

I might go... My wife has to work that whole weekend because its the Boston Marathon, so I might go... but it will depend on my work load.
