Anyone here have two 10" sub in the S2k(Pictures)?? I'm planning to get two 10" or 8" sub and would like some input!!

Yeah, i kinda am starting to wish that i hadn't gone with as loud of a setup. My car is just rattling all over the place, but in time it will be good

 

KX800.4 amp? are those L7's? what's the final ohm load you are showing to the amp?

 

mine if very plain and simple....very happy w/the sound too!

Hey Zo6killr, is that two 8" sub??
Which sound better?? The sub facing upward or facing toward the back??

 

The one in the yellow S had two 8's....the silver one I went with two 10's. They both do really good but if I were to do it all over again, I would have stuck w/the 8's. The 10's are a little too much for me and I had to turn the amp waaaay down. You don't need to build a box, just a flat panel to fit the tool well as if it were a lid.

Well how do u make it stay in one place if its only a lid? Is the amp under that lid too?

 

You drill 4 "supporters" in each side of the well. You have to make sure the lid is a tight fit. No, the amp I have installed in the opposite side of the spare tire. It is a perfect fit for a small/medium size amp.
