AP2 ballast on AP1 HL?

AP2 ballast on AP1 HL?

One of my ballasts shat the bed. found a good deal on an AP2 ballast. Does anyone here have any experience with these? (Are the connectors the same, fitment issues, etc.)

connectors are same. but you will have fitment issues. ballasts are way different shape (I've done ap2 headlight conversion on AP1)
