Apexi Neo settings

Apexi Neo settings
I've just istalled an apexi neo. I've not yet a wideband for to set AFR, so I just try to set V/T control. I feel a good HP gain setting V/T at about 5300/5400 g/m but I've a little problem with ECU that in some condition in recovery mode (vtec error code).
My V/T setting is below:
Lo->Hi: 5400 g/m
Hi->Lo: 5300 g/m
Prs And: 50%
Thr And: 50%
Any idea for solve my problem? Thanks.
For the AFR I'm a little bit confused... Somebody write that the max power is with an AFR of 12.6:1, somebody 13:1, somebody 13.5:1, somebody 14:1... Mugen on his ECU has about 13.5:1... Stock ECU over 8000 g/m go under 11:1 like a turbo engine...

I solved the problem. I've modified the original wiring diagram suggested by Apexi with the follow:
I've created a simply elettronic OR with Apexi Neo and stock ECU so vtec can be command by both ECU.
SW settings of Neo is the same:
Lo->Hi: 5400 g/m
Hi->Lo: 5300 g/m
Prs And: -50 KPa
Thr And: 50%
