Audio Setup- Need help
I think that partially depends on where you plan on putting it? Are you going to try to get them under your seat(s)? In the along the wall? Replace the spare tire and put a rack? I had a 4 channel JL amp that did the trick.
Well the amp would be based on the ohm value of your sub, if it's 4 ohms then a 4 channel amp would work. You would bridge channels 2 & 3 for your sub, most 4 channel amps are only 4 ohm stable when bridged. If your sub is 2 ohms then I would recommend JL AUDIO XD500/3v2 amp. It's a 3 channel amp that is stable down to 2 ohms for the sub.
Or you could get separate amps for the Polks and a mono amp for your sub.
I have the same head unit and it works pretty good.
