Default Audio wiring for S2000

Hey guys, I plan on doing an install on my S2000. Am planning to run 4 gauge wires into the trunk/hood. Where do you fit your wires at for aftermarket audio?

You can run the power wire right under the master cly. Look for the black grommetyou can make a small hole in the grommet and push the wire through the smaller hole so it seals up again.
I feel running the power lead down the drivers side of the car is best, because thats were most of the power lines run, and I ran my new speaker wires down the passenger side of the car, by doing it this way the power line stay together and the speaker lines stay as far away from any power lines as possible thereby not letting any power signal bleed into the speaker lines.
Thats the way I did mine and I have had zero signal bleed.

Hi , im having trouble getting the sound from my trunk through to the cockpit as you know on the S2k's...Is there anyway to port through the trunk to maybe behind one of the seats so sound travels hence delivering more bass? or does anyone have a sound system set up they are happy with and works well? im currently running a JL 12'' custom built into a snug fit half trunk box but im not getting the bass im looking for ..

What kind of amp are you running? and is the box the proper size(cubic feet), ported or not ported, for the sub your using?

Do you have a pic of the set up?

take off the carpeted panel in the trunk that is around the spare tire. it just pops out, a few clips hold it in. then take out the rear tray under neath the convertible top. its held in by several very strong clips, you will have to pry them out with a flat screw driver, and probably break a few in the process. then you can lift up and then slide out the rear tray out the trunk if you take the spare tire out. this also elliminates lots of rattles. if you want even more base you could prolly remove the rear panels behind the seats that have the hanger hook on them.

I went with the power down the passenger side as there was WAY more room than the driver's side. Plus my amp is in the spare tire area, and I tapped off of the battery directly so it's a very straight run. I then put the interconnects and the speaker wire down the center console. Worked great.
