Hi, I was wondering if you guys could list the best online stores that extend there service to international customers. (Im from australia). So far i have found 2 of them and they are both ebay sellers:

2. Ezorderusa.com

Etronics is pretty decent.

Indo Audio is really, really, really, REALLY, flaky.

While they say they ship out in 48 hours, it's the biggest load of crap I've ever heard. From what I've gathered (and I've read nearly ALL of his feedback), he doesn't actually have the items he sells in stock, especially with his high end stuff.

You also don't get a tracking number, which he claims is because sometimes they aren't given out because of a glitch in FedEx's system. So when I purchased my stuff before from him, it took over a MONTH to get my items which should've came in a week, especially after he claimed several times they've already shipped, just to be told that it shipped today, and then email again and it's like "shipping tomorrow" and blah blah blah blah blah.

I was really getting worried, so I expressed some major concern and was going to get eBay involved and the whole nine yards, but then it showed up a day later (meaning it had already shipped before my threats). I looked at the shipping date and it was WAY after he said he shipped.

I didn't leave negative feedback though for several reasons. One, the product was in perfect condition, and the serial numbers and everything was in order. Two, I did receive the items at an excellent price, so the wait really wasn't that bad.

I did make a note in my feedback about the slow shipping time, however, and the fact the er basically lies about when he ships.

Thing is, if you leave negative feedback, he'll do the same even if you pay same day with PayPal and say that he shipped in 48 hours and it's not his problem. He'll call you a bad eBayer and everything else, because in his world he can do no harm.

He did reply to emails promptly, and I did get my product at an awesome price, but if it's something you can get elsewhere, GO ELSEWHERE, it'll save you a lot of worries and hassle.

 

I hate etronics. Thier return policy (even on defective, or broken equipment) is for crap! Avoid them if you can help it at all.

www.Crutchfield.com is very fast shipping, good customer service, rediculous prices. basically you pay for there service

One of my biggest peeves with ebay and their stores is the sellers don't leave feedback as soon as your end of the transaction is completed (ie, when you pay), so if you have a bad experience that's their fault, and you leave negative feedback, they can do the same out of spite.

 

THanks guys, thats the same thing iwent throught myself with indoaudio, but in the end hes really the only option for me. JP_BLACK i dont think those sites ship internationally. Got any more?

little update, I just recieved an e-mail from ups saying that my package was shipped ad will be here tomarrow. It took them 3 days to ship the order :/ either tey had lots of orders or theyr lazy but non the less it will be at my house tomarrow.... seing that i live about 20 min away.
