I love it when mac and modifry fight. It's like Godzilla vs. King Kong.

Phil,

Take two nails and stick them in to opposing ends of a large dill pickle so the nails are about an inch apart.

What makes an amplifier so "not so good" that it blows a speaker? I'd like to stay away from those amps

i sorta feel bad now.... he's unknowingly walked into the lions den.
I have to chuckle when I read some of these threads and see some of the bad or misleading information being exchanged by some of the resident and so called and self proclaimed "Experts". I wrote a reply to try and clear up some of the wives tales and misleading information that seems to run rampant in the electronics industry. For those of you that would like an honest and reliable answer to any questions you might have regarding this subject, feel free to contact me via PM and I will be glad to answer all of your requests. For the rest of you that find more enjoyment in taunting and harassing "New" members of these forums without taking the time to know that person or their level of expertice, I wish you well in your meaningless antics. If you wish to debate any of my prior posts..............1) Have at least "Basic" knowledge of the subject you wish to discuss.....2) Keep your remarks focused on the subject matter.................and 3) You may not be the only expert in here.............................Good luck in all you do!............................................... .................................................. ............................................Bob

Come now...it's all in good fun.

I know I'm wrong a lot of the time and when I get corrected with the facts, I'm more than grateful...

Yes, I enjoy being right sometimes, but I enjoy learning even more
