this is a speaker box custom enclosure for a s2000 the box fits in the left side of the trunk near the back by the wheel well. box carpet is matched to the dark greay color in most s2000 trunks. box holds 1 ten inch woofer and the box is approx .75 sq. look at my other auctions for some great deals.

 

I saw this for sale too. I was so tempted to buy it, but forgot to jump on before the auction ended. For that price I can't imagine it could be that bad. Looked like a decent box for the price. At the worst some minor modification would probably make this look great (new carpet, hardware, etc). Good luck, hope it turns out to be a great deal!
