I've got a 12" sony exlpod sub in it. That may be why it's sinking more that others. I got a metal speaker grill from my local stereo shop and a couple of handles from lowes. That way it's easier to remove.

 

Wait, when you say sinking...you mean the top mounting plate is actually warping? Or what?

 

i think he means whole box is sinking, like going deeper in to the tool well.

Someday I hope to find a S2000 with the MUCH more $$ JL Stealthbox with the same woofer (10W3v3) and amplifier (JL's 300W) as mine. Then we can properly compare. But if you're near LA you can listen to mine at a meet somewhere.
