Default Buddy Club Racing Spec Battery

I am looking at getting a new battery to help handle my stereo needs and was thinking about going with a lighter race battery. I have had a tough time finding details about this particular battery, Buddy Club Racing Spec Battery.

My main question is would this be suitable for eletronics.
Also, how are the cranking amps, etc.

Any experience and opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for the help.

I don't know about the BC battery, but I ran a Odyssey the same size (P680). I'm pretty sure the specs will be close to the same.

12 Volt
16 Ah @ 10hr rate
220 CCA
680 Cranking Amps for 5 Seconds
24 Minute Reserve Capacity
Cycle life @ 77

Do you know how that compares to say an optima yellow top or the stock oem battery?
