Im planning on building a custom set of suitcases/bags (Ferrari Style) for my trunk, so I can utilize the maximum amount of space. When I went to the dragon, I wasted a lot of space because the luggage I took wasted a ton of space. So...I need to know where you get your lightweight MDF (you can PM me that info) and is it available in 1/4inch? Ill leave this thread and add my progress as I go along.

What about coated/painting masonite instead? Not the strongest, but fairly light, thin and flexible.. or just some plastic

 

Unfortunately, the luggage will be designed specifically for MY trunk, so a groupbuy would be kind of useless.
