here is my set up. alpine 9857, which I just found out it is an "old" model (custom sounds, san antonio tx). I just got back from Iraq so Im a little out dated. modifry, old school 4gb ipod, JL 10w3 sub, alpine pdx 4.150, infinity kappa perfect and WLaurent's box.

if I was going to do it over again, I would've done it myself. electronic 2000 in san antonio have a serious communication problem!! but the system sounds very nice.

do you mean like an O-ring for the ipod wire? hardwire the radar? how? thanks.

that is a 10" w6v2 not a W3. Nice setup btw.

i definitely agree on hardwiring that detector. That's the first thing i'll be doing when i get my V1

I always tuck my wire underneath my handbrake. It doesnt bother me at all, but one day i may do the hardwire.

umm thats deff a w3v3..not a w6..u can tell by the excursion..w6 really come out far..as the w3v3 doesnt..theres slight differences..but if u read the number..it says w3
