Can anyone recommend a good audio installer for some custom work on my s2000. I dont want to get raped either so a fairly priced one would help. I am looking in the NY/NJ area

 

Absolutely. I had all my work done by this guy who has a shop in Ridgwood, NJ. He's incredible.....clean, etc. I'm very particular about who touches my car.........and he proved to me that he's the only one that should. He's been to a few years of school specializing in car audio installation.

If you'd like his #, I'd be glad to give it.

Well I can tell you this -

1) He installed JL Audio 6.5's in the front along with separate tweeters in the doors located down near the speaker.
2) He also installed 4" rears with a little help from LUCIDAUDIO. (many thanks Lucid)
3) To give everything some power, he installed an alpine amp in the trunk - against the wall so I didn't lose any usuable trunk space.....the golf clubs still fit
4) I didn't opt for the subwoofer.....just not for me.

It all sounds incredible.....even with the top down.
