Hi, Thanks!

I had never seen that AP2 or any others until you mentioned the screen name, thanks for that.

There is a distinct difference between TheChazz and mine in that I didn't hack into any existing components. From the looks of it, mine was a bit more difficult to create unfortunately. One good thing however is that I can restore mine back to stock trim within minutes.

Wow, look at your driver's seat bolster! So non-wrinkled. How do you keep it that way?

Wow! S2kiers notice the most minute details.

If you want to keep your seats in good shape, you need to be careful entering and exiting the vehicle and making sure that your seats are always clean and conditioned. You'd be surprised at the difference between a clean and dirty seat!

That is nice.
I've been looking at doing something similar.
I was looking at the door of the compartment (the little cutout and the strap holds it in nicely. Need more room for the plug though).
I'm diggin this.
Any chance you would make a few to sell?
=D

Had to ask.

Looks nice but kind of defeats the purpose of a drink holder just for the sake of displaying your iPod.

I think a better approach would be to embed the iPod horizontally in the radio door (aka Ferrari 16M Scud)

Not for me it doesn't. As I have said previously, I never used the drink holder and found it to be more trouble than it was worth. If I deemed it useful it would have remained.

The iPod is not there simply for display. I use Motion X GPS Drive and occasionally need to take a look at the maps, etc.

I have another idea for the radio door.

I saw this in person, when I spot IIGQ4U's car in a car wash one night out of nowhere. This piece looks 100% oem and one very well built. Props for him for doing this a DIY project, and being unique. I do everything on my car myself, used to build custom computers for a living but I for a fact know that still I dont have enough skills to do this clean of a job on such a project,

BIG PROPS to you
