Default Dash Audio Controls

I have installed my Alpine head unit and will be hooking up the FullSpeed connector for my iPhone in the coming days. While I have the dash apart, I would like to hook the audio controls up to my radio. I know that there are some companies that make adapters for the radio, but you have to hard wire them back into the car.

Is there a quick factory type solution to this? I noticed to harnesses when I pulled the factory radio...any way to get the second harness hooked up to my head unit?

Unfortunately no solution exists for direct connection to your deck. You need an aftermarket solution to act as a translator for the dash signals to something the deck can understand.

None of the aftermarket devices are just wires, they all have a module of some sort connected.
