Pics, step by step. Cost me $200

So am i in the club????
Was there anyway possible of installing the flip out flush to the dash with out it bulging out? I was thinking about installing a flip out and havent seen one done before besides yours. I was thinking when i do it that i would try to make it flush with the dash, but with how the screen flips out is it possible at all?

This makes me not want to do an in-dash screen. I would like to keep the source unit in the stock location and just have a TFT in the dash. Is there any problem with the A/C duct in this type of setup?

If you install just a screen in the dash, assuming you go to a good shop, you should have no trouble keeping everything working.
