I love this Topic so I thought I would contribute some stuff I ran accross.

Check out under "Manufacturer: Honda" they have two parts that might come in handy.
Honda: 7 NAVIGATION INTERIOR BOX
&
Honda: JDM PANEL ASSY. NAVIGATION
but the bezel seems to be the RHD and might not fit ours

People have been buying the bezel and heating it to modify to LHD for ages. But it's probably easier to make a custom LHD bezel.

I bought some bezels and cut my RHD dash, only to discover that the mounting points for the navigation box are there on all RHD dashes. I bought the navigation box and mounted it just fine.
