The OEM clarion CD head unit on my S2k is having some issues. It wont eject or take in any CDs. I found this video on youtube which I think will solve the problem ( ). The gears that drive the roller are cracked. I took the head unit out of the car, but for the life of me I cannot take off the front of the unit, to get to the state where that video starts. Has anyone take apart a Clarion OEM head unit, and if so can you give me some pointers? Or if you know of any write ups?

Trying to keep the car "correct" by repairing the CD Player? Not sure if parts are available but check Ebay as I've seen complete players for about $40 from time to time. Model numbers vary by model year -- part number is on the back of the unit.
