Default DJ CUBE UPDATE!

I pm'd art and he responded with this. This is for the LED Dashes

I've had the 2nd prototype in my car for the last two months and everything works exactly as I want it. I asked for a third prototype from my supplier just to switch a couple things around that would make the installation much easier for you guys, but the basic functionality is already worked out and fully tested. The 3rd prototype should be arriving any day now. Once I approve the changes, I'm going to pull the trigger on the mass production run and get the information to everyone on pricing, availabilty, etc. So in short, it should be any day now... seriously! Spread the word!

awesome, but how long will it take you to have these done? dj cube is having them mass produced with a manufacturer and finish time is quick. but yours look great!

Having them manufactured is ideal!
I really don't want to get into that, at least for now. My turn around time is about 3 weeks, because I work fulltime, etc.
The cluster cutting/millng still needs to be done by hand though. It would be nice to find a company to do that part too. Hopefully DJ Cube comes back with a product to sell. Looking at old threads when he comes in he quickly dissappears/aborts the proyect>

I dont use colored LEDs
My PCBs use extremely bright white LEDs. From there, I give the color using colored gels. This means that I can create pure colors: RED, BLUE, WHITE, YELLOW, ETC.
Using white LEDs and colored gels also means that you can further customize the cluster. For example, having the tach bar blue and the speedo red, or having half the tach blue and the vtec area a different color. Anything is possible!
Im happy to answer more questions. Let me know.
