Yes they do but you have to use the supplied ring instead of the the basket from the stock speakers. This presents little to no problem in the install though.

The P series does not come with the crossovers right. So I believe you should be good to go, but if they do they can be mounted right next to the speaker, quite a bit of room back there.

Just so you know if you are rerunning the door speaker wires anything over 14 gauge to these speakers are overkill. Plus thats about as big as you can run through the door without killing yourself.

The MB's are a very nice speaker, they are my favorite and I have used them in my last 3 car's.

PSD 216 does come with MUSiCOMP crossover which is rather large but can be placed inside door panel.

I first used the plastic ring in the package bolted down in place of the stock cup, but it wasn't very stable and didn't feel it sounded the best due to the openings around the ring. Later, I reinstalled it using Lucid's adapter kit and it fits perfectly and I think it sounds better. I strongly recommend it. (Yes, Lucid made it possible!)

I ran the 12 gauge wires through grommet. There are good instructions posted somewhere if you search for it.

Did you decide where to put the tweeters?

Sorry, I forgot that MY02s have the holes. I don't know if they fit or not. It would be interesting to find out.

One advice from my experience: (especially since you are going to have the tweeters very close to your ears,) these speakers are very bright. You may want to set the jumper setting for the tweeter in the crossover all the way to the lowest (-6db, I think) and move it up if necessary to avoid having to open the panel too many times. My tweeter hole is much lower, near the door opening latch (I have MY01,) and I settled with the second lowest setting (-4.5db, I think) after 4 or 5 adjustments. For each time, I had to open and close the panel, of course.

That's definitely good advice, i'll start at the second lowest setting as well.
