My first thoughts were that they were Airbag-related. Typically anything in a yellow loom/tape or yellow connector has to do with the Airbag system, but it looks like they just used yellow electrical tape. Looks like someone tapped those red wires into the green ones, but my question is where do the green wires run to (what does it plug into)? Where does the plug near the key cylinder come into play?

The plug near the key cylinder I have no idea where it's suppose to go. I opened my steering wheel colum and i found it already loose. The green wire that was taped into the red wire I was thinking it could be the honk? so i tried plugging in the honk wire but that didnt work out
