By the way, Has anyone installed Visor LCD Screens. I am wondering how hard they are to install.

 

I thought the fold out screens didn't fit.

 

Not to hop on you, but please do not give advice unless you know what your talking about... Those HU do not fit an S2000.

and yes plenty of people have put screens in the visors, its not that hard.


Hornsfan - This might fit but I wold bet to make it fit correctly you'll have to do a little custom work. I think it folds flat like the Alpine HU's to insert a disk. But I would bet you'll have to trim the radio door bezel to make this work properly.

First of all, it wont fit in an s2000, second, its a big, fat, smelly pile of sh!t of a headunit.

Anyway, I HIGHLY doubt it would fit (but would love it if I was wrong on this one)...it is a 3" screen, which means its about 1.3 inches tall, plus borders....I think this headunit it a 1.5 DIN. Ill look up the dimentions and see if it fits.

 

Well....as far as my research goes, it will fit. This is a VERY nice heaunit.

5V preouts...GIGA MP3 (records mp3s on a DVD, have 1000+ songs on one disc)...etc, etc,etc.

If you can afford it, get it, JVC makes very high quality products. Ive never had a problem with anything JVC that I have owned.

 

hornsfan, dont buy that unit just yet. the national MSRP is "suppose" to drop this month or next, cant guarantee it will drop though. I was a sales rep for JVC and JVC arsenal stuff until a couple weeks ago when i quit. JVC corporate were talking about dropping the price $100 bucks.

it is a great unit when it comes to features, quality falls a lil short for the price they are asking. no doubt a great piece to have though.

 

Wait you used to work for JVC?? Can I ask why you don't having anything in your car made by them? I just find it odd...
