ECU programming

I purchased an ECU for my 01 s2k and I need to get it programmed does anyone know if I can get it done else where in LA or do i have to go direct to the dealer? Anyone know the pricing for that?

call a local locksmith, it will be way cheaper

PS:

you are getting the keys programmed, not the ECU
