finally done!
Hello, everyone.
Aftermarket audio system was one of the first things that came to my mind right after picking up my S.
So, here it is.. took 4 days to finish it.
I did most of the installation inside the warehouse where my friend works at.
Here are some shots getting ready to take my car apart..

some pics of my buddy's NSX

Alpine 9857 w/ Modifry DCI

JL components (xr650.csi)

Old sub I had lying around

finished!!

I clearly don't know how to make it look nice and pretty, but I'm satisfied with the results. At least for now

Yeah, it's Dynamat..
I didn't realize that the speakers don't fit until I bought em..
I didn't have material to custom fabricate a ring...
so.. haha, I know..
Like I said, it's my ghetto setup

Hey what does it say inbetween the vents?
It says passenger airbag. lights up "OFF" when there's a passenger sitting on the seat not heavy enough.

my setup is in the same class as you for "ghettoness". however, it sounds good, and thats all i care about

Me too. I wish to upgrade the amps / subs and make it look nicer in the future, though.

Its not there to hold it together though.. I can see the screws you used to screw down the speakers... Is it just to hide the gap then?
I thought I had to seal them properly for better sound quality.. cuz I thought the inner sheet metal works as some sort of enclosure.
Am I wrong?
