Finally, I have got enough sound to be happy with the audio in my car. For the past few weeks I have been askin alot of Q's and last week I finally put it all in. Please feel free to give opinions. Personally I think it sounds great. The stock 04/05 HU is a significant improvement over the last two stock HUs. The sound quality from it is and power. I did the pin swapping in the back of the pin swapping the harness, so every button still works on the dash. Wiring was pretty easy, especially the rears. You have NO idea how awesome it is to hear music from behind you after not having it for years. I set the HU fade to +3R...perfect balance. Thanks for all your help guys!!

Sweet... the 04-05 really have a better head unit?

I gotta turn mine like all the way up when driving so I can even hear the damn thing! The previous models must be absolutely terrible then!

P.S. I want those red/black door skins!! hehe. Too bad they won't fit on my car =( I'll have to find an 04-05 with red/black interior and ask if they want to do a little swapping

 

Now change the Headunit and youll be in even more shock. Then amp them, and youll have a heart attack!
