Hi guys

recently the FM reception on my radio has gotten poorer. Do you guys know what i should check? is there some kinda amp in the antenna fitting somewhere, or should i check something at the back of the HU? (alpine 7983r)

I'm in the same location as previous too, but it seems to be poorer reception everywhere, in London even it is not as good reception too. I can hear the radio etc, but i get crackles and stereo signal dropping off every so often too

XM isnt an option here in the UK -but we do have DAB digital radio, units for that though are expensive right now.

Cheers

Make sure the coaxial antenna connection is secure (behind the radio).
