Oh i thought you said you were doing a setup with 2 8's...but dude you hardly loose any leg room its really not that bad...
And i dont know the trunk option isnt for me for several reason, obviously the lack of space, and the RATTLE!!

 

a 10 in the passenger side would probably be pretty loud.

i can sacrifice alittle legroom since its primarily me riding in the car most of the time anyways.

id also rather have the trunk space

 

a little update, first mold was a fail, i had some primer not fully setup and it wept into the gel coat so when pulling the mold from plug it would not come out, so i had to cut the mold up to save the plug, fixed plug, new good primer, sanded, wax, pva applied, hopefully get gel coat tomorrow, and layup glass next, pull plug next day, if all is good, clean mold, wax, pva, gel coat, glass, pull box from mold, and hello first box, yes there are many steps but they only take like 15 min each, then i have to wait to cure overnight, i have it figured out i can make 3 a week
another change will be the sub, EXILE's manufacture of the 10 went out of business, and i cant get them for 90+ days, so i am working on the Memphis shallow mount 10 now,
