Default Gauge cluster condensation/foggy

I guess I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Sorry for all the dust in the first photo...car was sitting in the garage for a few weeks while I was on vacation. I cleaned it off for the next one. This seems to happen from time to time but it goes away. I guess it's getting in somehow but it's really strange. Has anybody seen this before? Anything I can do to fix the issue?

Ever find a solution to this? Some just showed up in my gauge cluster while I was running my heater
