My recommendation is to stay as far away from Sony as possible. I use to work for Sony and received a Sony discount so I bought Sony car audio to give it a try. Well let's just say my headunit spent more time getting fixed than it did in my car. Now I can't comment on this particular unit because I've never owned it. Just my .02.

For that price there are other options that would give you better reliability. I'm not going to get into that there are plenty of threads talking about the other options.
