Default Headunit died

Sony CDX-GT650UI
Headunit

Seems to be good, Im a NOOB to electronics.

Works with DCI from Modifry too, for now it will be working with the stock speakers. Eventually there is a possibility of using an amo and sub.

Let me know what you think.

I like the ipod/iphone feature. It charges my iphone and plays through pandora. I guess im more concerned that the SQ ( I know its alot of preference) is good.

Are both of those just basically plug and play...or do you need to splice cables? The Sony DSXS300BTX looks awesome as the iPod is hidden away. Does this one work with the s2000 dash buttons?

I like the color options on the Sony-Xplod-CDXGT650UI. I guess for the price between these two, the Xplod would be ther better option eh?

Dash controls work fine with Modifry, but Sony units are not plug and play. you best bet is to purchase Sony harness from Modifry and connect all wires at home instead of cutting stock harness in the car.

Have you already done it by chance? Do you have a link to where I can get the harness? was it easy? I like the one you posted because of the colors you can set it too. Thanks

Cool and thanks for the link. Do/can you post photos of it? It would be awesome to see it in the s2000. I might get this one you have because of the price range.
