Mayb somone can help me , so got this jvc , and the aswc-1 I brought it because I seen a video of some dude xsact parts with working Audio control with this setup ..I cant seem to get it to work what am I doing wrong ? Trying to avoid taking it to a shop ...

When it show the plug is it me looking at it from my side or it it from a the back of the plug?

Also it says ground the pin 20 to ground do I have to cut it to ground?
