I just got my car back from getting my top replace, alot of problem but I just notice that, there's a grey harness that's unplug but i saw that there's a wire plug, next to it so I just plug it in, fit perfect, but then there's a 2 pin red/yellow connector harness still unplug not sure where that go?

And can you guys tell me what does that grey harness next to the fuse box that i plug in do? the 2 pin connector also next to the fuse box
