I ordered Lucid's pre-amp harness for the stock head unit. The output to the amp seem to be very high. My amp shutdown if I turn the volume to high level. Is Lucid pre-amp harness send pre-amp level or regular radio level output to the amplifier? Is there anything can be done? Thanks,

 

You need to adjust the settings of the OEM-2 (using a small screwdriver) along with your volume and amp. If you've tried that and unit is not functioning properly I'll take care of it. Drop me an email and I'll work out an exchange or refund. Not a problem.

 

Does Lucent's harness come with a Speaker-level -> Pre-Amp level unit(s)? Just wondering..

(If NOT, then you need to convert your output's to pre-amp levels using a PAC or similar... available anywhere-- Circuit City, Best Buy, etc...)

What does the remote-trigger do-- mute the rears for '00 and '01 models? Just wondering...also, can you post a pic of the PAC-2 OEM? (Is there a difference from PAC-2 and PAC-2 OEM?)
