Default Hidden Button under dash

So under the steering wheel (pretty much straight shoot down and under from the Cruise button) there is a little push button. I have no idea what it does. I've pushed it a million time and never noticed anything happen. I can feel a connector attached to it but i don't know enough about what it runs to. Anyone know what its for?

Valet switch for an alarm. May be connected or may not be anymore.

Something aftermarket if you have a 2001. Take a picture of it for us.

Perhaps the previous owner, like me, installed a button to remotely unlock the passenger door. Beats reaching across the cabin any day of the week!

I go the same one. OEM alarm but it's purpose is still a mystery to me as I don't really care.
